Policies · 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) should this policy be disregarded. · Minors must be accompanied by an adult for all services. · Our clients are here for relaxation, please try to keep excessive noise to a minimum. · Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first visit to allow time for our brief intake form. · If you arrive late for your appointment your treatment will be that much shorter so that the person following you starts at their appointed time. · We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. · Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments. · We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and local checks (with ID) for all services rendered.
